League tables within your website can also encourage development and competition, juniors like to see how they are progressing throughout the season and years.<\/p>\n<p>It is not\u00a0 surprising that\u00a0 some juniors become proficient very quickly. having a natural ability and a high level of commitment to the sport, which lasts for many, many years,, Other\u00a0 juniors may try the sport for a while, learn the basics and loose a little of their enthusiasm. However, many will come back to angling later on in life.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fisheriesmanagement.org.uk\/juniorchampion\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-604\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fisheriesmanagement.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/juniorchampion-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fisheriesmanagement.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/juniorchampion-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.fisheriesmanagement.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/juniorchampion.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Yesyn Sephton &#8211; Junior Championship winner\u00a0 Partridge<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To develop the coaching in Junior Angling the ANGLING TRUST organize a range of different levels of courses and competition for both the coaches and the junior anglers\u00a0 For coaches Level 1 courses are organised to train coaches on general coaching.\u00a0 Level 2 courses or organised for more serous coaches who wish to become responsible for organizing\u00a0 events. Level 2 coaches must attend First Aid Courses and Child Protection Courses.<\/p>\n<p>One or two anglers, who have been anglers for a number of years see coaching as a ways of putting something back into the sport. One or two coaches (Kenny Buxton, affectionately known as Bucko, and Kev Sephton the current Head Coach) have build up the Leigh &amp; District Junior Ospreys into a very keen group of junior anglers, supported by\u00a0 their parents and carers.<\/p>\n<p>Annual presentations are held to present cups and prizes to winners of matches and competitions during the year, and equally important prizes are given to all junior anglers who have taken part in competitions during the year.
